Comprehensive protective measures, same service

We at SP CONNECT are monitoring the developments of the corona virus very closely and would like to inform you about measures we have implemented in this special situation.

We are grateful that there has been no case of COVID-19 in our workforce so far, allowing us to process and ship your orders as usual.

At SP CONNECT, we took appropriate measures at an early stage to protect the health of our employees and, at the same time, to ensure the smooth processing of your orders.

✔  We upgraded our high hygiene standards at all locations. Additional hand disinfection stations in our company and educational posters were placed on location to help prevent the virus from spreading.

✔  Business trips have been canceled until further notice; the majority of our employees have been working from home since last week.

✔  We are equipped with all the materials we need to process your orders. No impairments are expected.

✔  We regularly exchange information with the delivery services in order to be able react to regional changes and allow us to notify you of any changes by means of a newsletter or a notification on our website.

✔  Your 30-day right of return applies from the point in time at which all restrictive coronavirus measures are ended.

Our top priority is to continue to provide you with excellent service and quality products while ensuring the health and safety of our workforce at all times. We will do everything in our power to do this. We are confident that we will be successful in mastering this challenge.
